We had the pleasure or renting the bus for a few days in February...thoroughly enjoyed exploring the gorgeous countryside, and the wonder city and suburbs. Tegra is AMAZING to deal with, and quite accommodating. Marcello was quite knowledgeable about venues, and we may have even turned him onto one or two! Needless to say next time in Phoenix? Some of you may think this is a fake review, it's not! Avaron, especially Tegra and Marcello, were amazing. We worked with them to have them become part of a homecoming for my daughter and her family who have been stationed in Korea for 3 years. We wanted to make their arrival at the airport very special. We ordered the 24 passenger party bus so all of us here could go to the airport together and then greet the family as they arrived. Then we would all be together on the ride home. Plus they had a ton of luggage. Before they arrived I was in constant communication with Tegra because I wanted this to be perfect. She was incredibly patient with my constant checks to make sure everything went perfect. On the day of the arrival, she let me know that she had upgraded us to the 44 passenger bus! When it pulled up to the house we were all just estatic! Marcello was the driver and I just gave him a hug for helping to make this homecoming even better than I imagined. He was exactly on time, got us to the airport in plenty of time and then just drove around waiting for us to give him a call once we were all together. He picked us up at the designated spot and then the party began! Music blasting, everybody singing and all the family together again after 3 years. I couldn't have asked for a better way to welcome home my daughter and her family. The bus was spotless, the music system was of the chart, water was available for all of us and then ridiculous amount of luggage was stored in the back by Marcello. Fantastic company - I'm so pleased, I wish I could give Avaron 10 stars. We rented the 22-passenger bus for a few trips during a bachelor party spring training weekend. The bus was well-stocked and clean, all the electronics worked, the sound system was bumping, and there was absolutely no interior wear and tear. As far as the pricing goes, this was by least expensive company that I could find in the Phoenix area.

What really sets this company apart is the incredible service that Tegra and Marcello provided. Tegra was responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. Marcello was a fantastic driver and even a better host. Together, Tegra and Marcello went so far out of their way to make our experience a memorable one. Without batting an eye they accommodated our pretty unusual requests, were incredibly flexible when it came to some unforeseen trip changes on our end and were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Everything you've read on the reviews about this company is 100% true and some. This company was responsive immediately when I was reaching out for inquiries. They were the cheapest I could find in the City and so nice when reaching out, I almost felt like it wasn't real because of the deal. I didn't have any problems booking with them. It was such an easy process. The driver who came to pick up a group of people from a launch party to take us to another location was very patient and professional. We asked him to stop twice within our booked hour and he didn't hesitate once whatsoever. The party bus came stocked with ice, cups, and water bottles for us. OMGEE!!!!!! What can I say....Avaron Party Bus Rentals is ON POINT!!!!!! We were doing a girls day birthday party and 2 days before the party I thought we should get a bus so everyone can drink and have a good time. I called Avaron and left a message. I immediately received a text and the planning started. They were super easy to work with especially since it was such a short notice. I was even more excited once everything was confirmed because we are located waaayyyyyy out west in the furthest part of Buckeye where nobody ever comes. The communication was perfect.
