A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, whether for merchandise purchases from our online shop, or deposits/payments for all bookings. Cash is also accepted, however a major credit/debit card is required at the time of booking for deposit. No checks.

We aim to provide you with the best rate and discounts possible, so we price each trip according to a few essential factors like the *trip date, *day of week, *time of day, *hours booked, *passenger count, etc.
You can use our Quote Request Form to provide us with the basic trip details needed and we will gladly price out a trip for you!

A: We have established operating margins that optimize the activity and booking capacities of our vehicles to thereby sustain our business. As part of this, we determine the necessary minimum trip lengths that can be offered by day of week and time of day to remain operationally viable. This process creates rental period ‘minimums’ we must adhere to for the overall health of our business.
When/if there exists room for some flexibility or alteration to this operational standard, we certainly try to work with a client (especially returning clients) to the extent possible to accommodate trip requests that don’t meet the required rental period ‘minimum’ – this is however by specific exception and not standing practice.

A: Avaron does maintain relationships with many promoters and nightclubs throughout the Valley. Similar to a Concierge, let us know where you’re interested in going, and we will advise if we can make it happen!
To give you an idea, we have arranged VIP entry and VIP tables with bottle service at several Scottsdale/Phoenix/Chandler area nightclubs for our clients.
This type of service is considered a SPECIAL REQUEST/ADD-ON and priced accordingly; we will inform you of the associated add-on cost for everything you want.
Please note – this type of add-on requires advance notice, no less than 1 week prior to your trip. We therefore encourage you to BOOK AHEAD with us, to allow the necessary time for us to make these arrangements for your party. You’ll have the BEST TIME EVER!
A:Â Yes, a $250 minimum deposit is required via debit/credit card at the time of your reservation, and the deposit amount increases based upon your total trip cost.
Rental timeframes, Add-ons/special requests may require an increased or additional deposit amount.
You will be advised of the required deposit amount based upon your overall service package at the time of booking.
A: We accept reservations up to 6 months in advance, excluding blackout dates; we will advise you if the date you want to book isn’t yet open for reservations.
Generally, when renting a party bus it is best to book as far in advance as possible. Our calendar fills up, so we recommend securing a date/time for your trip as soon as you can!
A: We will email you the Avaron rental agreement to review, e-sign and return to us. It contains special details related to Avaron personalizing your service/trip, including what (if any) special requests or add-ons you’ve requested.
We will be in contact with you as needed leading up to your trip to finalize any such add-ons & reconfirm your pick-up time and location the day before your trip.

A:Â Avaron is blocking a vehicle for your desired date and time length, preventing any other interested client from booking that same vehicle during that time slot. For this reason, all deposits and subsequent trip payments are non-refundable.

A: So you want to party all the way to the airport!? Believe us, we get it!
Airport Transfers are provided on a special request basis, not as a standard service.
Please call or contact us to arrange an airport transfer for you and/or your group.
A: Yes! Our clients have a blast with us every time, so we definitely strive to accommodate multiple-reservation bookings.
If you need Avaron’s services on a recurring basis (i.e. standing reservation over several weeks/months), call or contact us to discuss the specifics and we’ll provide you with a competitive price quote.
A: Yes! Avaron can absolutely accommodate corporate bookings and mobile meetings. Please call or contact us to discuss any special details associated with your corporate event (such as mobile meetings, team builders, etc.), or get a quote now.
A: No. As long as the hour minimum is met (Party Bus: 2-hour minimum*/Mon-Thu, 4-hour minimum*/Fri-Sat), you are welcome to schedule your trip at any time of day or night desired. If for some reason we couldn’t accommodate you, we would offer alternatives.
*Requires continuous-hours, cannot be split up; required minimums are subject to change
A: Although we prefer and recommend one universal pick-up and drop-off location for the ease and flow of your trip, it’s YOUR TRIP TIME…if that means you’d like to spend some of it traveling to multiple pick-up spots for your guests, it’s fine with us!
Bear in mind, ample time must also be allocated within your trip to dropoff at multiple locations to prevent overtime fees for extending past the original reservation window.
Any & all pickup and dropoff locations must be listed in the rental agreement corresponding with your reservation. This allows our dispatch coordinators to properly plan around/map out your trip for our drivers.
Please also note that travel radius is a factor in trip rates and additional mileage can consequently increase the overall trip cost.
A: Not really. We haven’t encountered any physical locations we would restrict as off-limits.
Your desired destinations simply must be conducive to our party bus’ safe and easy access – for instance, we could not travel into mountainous ranges or areas with too rough, rugged, narrow or winding terrains, nor areas with hills that have too steep of an incline or decline.
Safety is always a top priority with Avaron and we defer to the driver’s best judgment; if the driver feels it’s questionable, he/she may have to decline and work with you in real-time on some alternative places for your trip. In the case of hills with too steep inclines/declines, the driver may get as close as he/she deems safe for the vehicle and your group may walk on foot the remainder of the way.
A: You are welcome to travel within the Maricopa County area (some restrictions exist), and as wide-stretching a radius as is feasible within your total trip time.
Overtime rates apply if/when extending beyond the original reservation time window; of related note- if interested in overtime on your party bus vehicle, it must first be coordinated through your driver to ensure the additional time can be accommodated by Avaron scheduling.
Bear in mind that destinations/dropoff locations need to be listed within the rental agreement corresponding with your reservation, for our dispatch coordination purposes.
A: Total passenger count is dependent upon the type of vehicle you book with Avaron, and vehicle rates vary accordingly. We have vehicles that accommodate assorted group sizes. Call or contact us and we’ll set you up!
A: You may want to bring light jackets/sweaters; it can get cold some nights and early mornings.
If you’d like to bring your own cooler of alcoholic or other beverages (by law Avaron cannot provide you with alcohol, you must BYOB), please let us know so that we may factor available space based upon the total passenger count for your group. Some vehicles are already equipped with wet bars/champagne wells.
Also of important note- coolers must have soft padding underneath to prevent any scratches or damage to party bus flooring.
