Some of you may think this is a fake review, it's not! Avaron, especially Tegra and Marcello, were amazing. We worked with them to have them become part of a homecoming for my daughter and her family who have been stationed in Korea for 3 years. We wanted to make their arrival at the airport very special. We ordered the 24 passenger party bus so all of us here could go to the airport together and then greet the family as they arrived. Then we would all be together on the ride home. Plus they had a ton of luggage. Before they arrived I was in constant communication with Tegra because I wanted this to be perfect. She was incredibly patient with my constant checks to make sure everything went perfect. On the day of the arrival, she let me know that she had upgraded us to the 44 passenger bus! When it pulled up to the house we were all just estatic! Marcello was the driver and I just gave him a hug for helping to make this homecoming even better than I imagined. He was exactly on time, got us to the airport in plenty of time and then just drove around waiting for us to give him a call once we were all together. He picked us up at the designated spot and then the party began! Music blasting, everybody singing and all the family together again after 3 years. I couldn't have asked for a better way to welcome home my daughter and her family. The bus was spotless, the music system was of the chart, water was available for all of us and then ridiculous amount of luggage was stored in the back by Marcello. Avaron, Tegra and Marcello by far out pace any other vendor in customer service and integrity

Avaron bus rentals is outstanding. Rental is easy, quick to respond should you have questions & professional! We rented the 22 person party bus; it was clean, stocked w ice & water & our driver, Marcelo, was gracious & accommodating! Many thanks & we look forward to renting again!!
